Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management (BHCM) fourth-semester students at Kantipur International College demonstrated their culinary prowess and organizational skills by hosting an exquisite Executive Lunch Program featuring authentic Mexican cuisine. This remarkable event highlighted the students’ dedication to culinary excellence, innovation, and experiential learning.
Under the expert guidance of chefs, the BHCM students curated a tantalizing menu showcasing Mexican cuisine’s vibrant flavors, textures, and aromas. Guests were treated to a culinary journey featuring classic dishes such as crispy chicken tortilla pizza, Mexican Corn and Vegetable Salad, Estofado de Carnero (Lamb Stew), Veg Fajitas, Mexican Veg Pilaf, Mexican Chocolate Cake and more, meticulously prepared and presented to perfection.
Organizing the Executive Lunch Program was a monumental task that required months of meticulous planning, collaboration, and execution. The BHCM fourth-semester students showcased exceptional teamwork, leadership, and creativity at every stage of the event, from conceptualizing the menu and designing the ambiance to managing logistics and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all attendees.
