Kantipur International College was delighted to witness another successful Executive Lunch Program, this time featuring the rich and flavorful world of Italian Cuisine, hosted by the enthusiastic and skilled students of BHCM Third Semester. The event was held with elegance and warmth, welcoming faculties, college staff, proud parents, and esteemed guests as part of a unique gastronomic experience.
This hands-on learning event served as an exceptional platform for the students to showcase their abilities in culinary arts, hospitality management, and professional service. From curating the menu to organizing and serving guests with grace, the students proved their mettle in running a real-time dining experience.
The dining setup reflected an authentic Italian vibe, with rustic table arrangements, Italian music, and cozy ambiance, giving guests the feeling of dining in a traditional trattoria.
The BHCM Third Semester students showcased not only culinary expertise but also team coordination, creativity, and professionalism. The event reflected the college’s commitment to blending academic learning with real-world application, fostering confidence and leadership in the next generation of hospitality professionals.
