To provide hands-on exposure to budding professionals in the field of Hospitality Management, second and third-semester students from the Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) and Bachelor of Hotel and Catering Management (BHCM) embarked on an enriching visit to the renowned Aloft Hotel.
This program aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, offering students a firsthand glimpse into the operational intricacies of a leading hotel establishment.
During the visit, the students were warmly welcomed by the Aloft Hotel team and were given an insightful tour of the various departments. They had the opportunity to engage with experienced professionals in areas such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering Departments.

The students were particularly inspired by the innovative approaches employed by Aloft Hotel in guest services, sustainability practices, and cutting-edge technology integration. They also participated in interactive sessions with department heads, gaining insights into effective team management and customer-centric strategies.
